You confirm your plan and billing cycle during signup. Other available billing cycles and their prices are shown before you subscribe.
Your subscription provides access to LUME software through your browser. It does not include agency services, third-party content production or advertising spend.
The current signup flow offers a 7-day trial and requires a valid payment card. The first charge is scheduled for the end of the trial; cancel beforehand if you do not wish to continue.
On the monthly billing cycle, your subscription renews automatically every month until canceled. Review the billing cycle, total price and any applicable taxes before confirming your subscription.
Request cancellation through the support email below. After the trial, cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access available until the end of the period already paid for, under the published policies.
You can request a full refund of your first paid purchase within 7 calendar days. This guarantee does not automatically restart at each renewal and does not limit your statutory rights. See the Refund Policy for the full conditions.

The Creator plan is designed for your own brand. Social Media includes up to 5 clients and 3 users. Agency includes unlimited clients and users.
AI credits are the monthly allowance for LUME's AI generation features. The available amount depends on your plan; you can track your balance and usage in the platform.
Email support with your account details and the request you wish to make. Stopping a renewal and requesting a refund are different actions; refer to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
